To appoint Assured Home Care as your Plan Management Provider, ensure Plan Management Services are included in your NDIS plan, then contact us and we will arrange the rest for you.
No. If you have Plan Management in your NDIS Plan, then there is no direct cost to you as a participant.
Once you have appointed Assured Home Care as your Plan Manager, all invoices from your service providers can be sent to us for payment through the NDIS Portal. We ensure that all invoices sent match the supports outlined in your NDIS Plan and monitor your NDIS funding on your behalf.
Yes. If you choose to be Plan Managed by Assured Home Care, you can include services from providers registered with the NDIS and/or providers with a current Australian ABN. Unregistered providers will still need to adhere to the NDIS price guide
We continually track and monitor your spending of allocated funds in your approved NDIS budget and assist you to maximise any remaining funds so you can get the most out of your budget.
Yes. All you need to do is contact your existing Plan Manager to tell them you want to end the arrangement with them and then contact us and we will arrange the rest. Please note all providers will have different notice periods and this can usually be found in your service agreement.
