It’s International Day of People Living with Disability in December, and we’re keen to brighten up the place.
We’ll be running two art classes for Assured Home Care clients with master artist (and musician) Solomon Somakumar, who last year ran a successful session to mark the annual event.
Our office Boardroom is looking a little dull so, this year, we are aiming to develop a large-scale, shared artwork or mural that will take pride of place.
If you, or someone you know,* has a creative streak and would like to be involved, please contact the office to register for the session.
Our art classes will cater to all skill levels and ability.
Join our Amateur session in the morning from 9 am – 12:30 pm if you are just starting out, or challenge yourself with our Master Class in the afternoon from 1:30 pm – 5 pm if you are already actively practising your art.
Just bring yourself and your carer/support worker along (if you need).
We’ll provide all the art materials, food and refreshments. Those attending the Master Class may arrive early and join us for lunch if they wish.
