Yes, though they will need to meet the Assured Home Care recruitment criteria and undergo the same recruitment processes as other workers before they will be eligible to start work at Assured Home Care.
Yes. All you need to do is contact your existing service provider to tell them you want to end the arrangement with them and then contact us and we will arrange the rest. Please note all providers will have different notice periods and this can usually be found in your service agreement.
