Quality Assurance


Our Mandate is to see quality care given to those in our community who are suffering with illness, who have a disability or who are aged/frail and may need extra support to maintain their independence at home, for as long as possible.
We have developed an Integrated Management System that complies with the following standards:
• ISO 9001:2015 Quality
• AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
• iQES Certified Environmental Management
and provide support within legislative and regulatory requirements.
We have professional qualified staff available across metropolitan Adelaide, with appropriate levels of screening, training and certificates.
All our employees receive ongoing training and support to keep their skills and qualifications up to date.
We assess each of our client’s individually taking into account all of their care requirements. This will ensure we match them with the best Support Worker for them. It also ensures that Support worker has all the relevant information about their client.
Having a quality management system means we have structure, stability and consistency within our business. This is important for you, our clients, because having proper process in place within our business reduces the chance of error and will therefore ensure you receive a quality service everytime.
